Sabina is a passionate, dependable, and genuine change catalyst who is unwavering in her commitment to quality and ethical standards. Her 20 years of professional experience spans across government, civil society, and philanthropy. Her areas of expertise are international education, early childhood development, democracy and elections, human rights. In her different roles, Sabina has gained extensive experience in convening and facilitating multi-stakeholders’ partnerships, as well as managing complex programs. Sabina holds a master’s degree in international relations, an executive education certificate on scaling early childhood development interventions, and a certificate on transpersonal leadership. Professional proficiency in French and English, Italian mother tongue. Based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Olaf Hahn

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Olaf is a dynamic non-for-profit professional with strong managerial and broad thematic and geographical experience. Strong at building relationships, his passion is to contribute to positive change. His areas of expertise include education, migration & integration, climate change and civil society. During his assignments with world-class philanthropic organisations, Olaf has gathered extensive experience in all aspects of foundation strategy, programme, and management. Professional proficiency in English, French, and Polish, German mother tongue. Based in the Greater Zurich Area, Switzerland.

Alexandra Bianco

Alessandra is a coordinator of large-scale programs with 15 years’ experience in International Development, Education, Human Rights Protection, Mental Health and Psycho-Social support programs in East and West Africa and Europe. Alessandra’s areas of expertise include project management, technical assistance, service coordination. She has a consistent professional experience as an educational and clinical psychologist for children, families, and survivors of violence. 

Sosthène Guei

Sosthène has been working for over 5 years at the frontline of innovative research projects and interventions implemented in Côte d’Ivoire spanning areas of education, child and youth development, child labor and gender issues. He held positions as Research associate and Research manager within NGOs and Advisory firms operating in Africa and involved in various consultancies. He is now based in the USA, where he is pursuing a PhD in Human Development and Social Policy at Northwestern University.

Mireille Massouka

Mireille is an expert facilitator who helps individuals and groups reach significant goals by imparting high-quality knowledge. Her extensive background in technical support spans more than 25 years, mostly with ministries overseeing research, higher education, and basic education. During her assignments, she gained substantial experience in all phases of multidisciplinary, large-scale programs, policy development, reform processes, accountability, and system transformation. Proficiency in both French and English for professionals. Based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Nora Marketos

Senior Expert

Nora is an analytical mind with a compassion for social impact. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of education, social accountability, and migration and refugees working on policy and strategy development, multi-stakeholder partnerships, innovative financing as well as monitoring and evaluation. In her previous assignment she was a Director at the Jacobs Foundation. She has experience working with a variety of institutions, such as NGOs (Helvetas), bilateral (Swiss Foreign Affairs Ministry, Irish Aid) and multilateral organizations (UNHCR, UNDESA) with a geographic footprint in Switzerland, the US, Syria, Mexico, Uganda and West Africa. Nora holds a master’s degree in social anthropology, a master’s degree in international cooperation, as well as an MBA from Quantic University and a diploma in transpersonal leadership. Currently based in Greece, she has working proficiency in English, French, Spanish and German as her mother tongue.
Mbalo Ndiaye

Mbalo is the Founder and President of BYG Partnership Managers, a West Africa-based advisory agency assisting companies, investors, governments, development agencies, non-governmental organizations to develop strategies and investments in sustainable agricultural value chains. He has over 20 years of experience as developer, fundraiser and manager of large scale agricultural and rural development programs. Mbalo has worked in the cocoa sector for over 10 years, including as Director of Cocoa Livelihoods Program of the World Cocoa Foundation.

She enjoys applying the knowledge, skill and experience acquired working as part of in-house leadership teams for 25 years to consultancy work across the globe.
