Olaf is a Foundation and NGO professional with +20 years of experience. After a career in academia, he worked in sales and in the educational media industry. Leadership positions at the Robert Bosch Foundation. Co-creation and Founding Director of ESSA – Education Sub Saharan Africa, an international NGO.


Olaf is an experienced board and committee member. Advisor to the OECD. PhD at the Sorbonne. Executive education at INSEAD.
